Every session starts by understanding how your body moves, where the problem is coming from, and why it keeps returning. From there, I use targeted hands-on treatment to restore movement and reduce pain.

Over time, the body develops imbalances from training, injuries, and everyday life. These can lead to tightness, restricted movement, and recurring pain. I focus on identifying those patterns, releasing dysfunctional tissue, and helping your body move more freely and efficiently.

In addition to corrective work, I offer deep tissue massage for:

• Recovery from training or activity
• Stress relief through deeper, focused work
• Ongoing maintenance and performance support
