Neuromuscular Therapy
This service is designed for individuals with chronic pain or recurring areas of tightness and injury. Together, we will identify inefficient posture and positioning that may be causing your pain, which may stem from a past injury, repetitive work pattern, or a sports related issue. Manual therapy techniques are applied to help you to correct alignment and posture. With adhesions removed and alignment corrected, pain is reduced. I will also educate you on how to modify movement patterns effectively so you can get back to doing the things you enjoy in life.
