Meet Jonathan, LMT, NMT,CPT
I've spent over 14 years helping people move better, recover from pain, and get back to doing the activities they love.
As a lifelong runner and former professional cyclist, I understand how frustrating it is when pain limits your ability to train, compete, or simply enjoy being active. That's what led me to become a sports massage therapist.
Over the years, I've worked with everyone from elite athletes to active adults, and one thing has become clear: pain is often a symptom of a bigger movement problem. My goal isn't simply to help you feel better for a day, it's to identify what's contributing to your pain and help you move with confidence again.
Whether you're training for your next race, recovering from an injury, or simply want to stay active, every session is focused on helping you get back to doing what you enjoy most.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing someone realize they can move again without pain.
Whether it's a runner returning to the trails, a parent picking up their kids without back pain, or someone simply getting through the workday more comfortably, helping people regain confidence in their body is what keeps me excited to come to work every day.
I believe movement is one of the greatest gifts we have, and my goal is to help you continue doing the things you love for years to come.
I don't believe movement is just about performance.
It's about quality of life.
Whether your goal is to finish your first 5K, hike without knee pain, keep up with your kids, or continue enjoying the activities you love as you get older, I'm here to help you move with confidence.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me training for track meets, lifting weights, riding my bike or spending time with my wife and daughters.
Staying active has always been a big part of my life, and I enjoy helping others continue doing the activities that bring them joy as well.
