  • True Coach online training calendar/app where you will have all your exercises, demo videos, and places to record your results and be able to instant message Jonathan for feedback.

  • At anytime during your programming, you will have the ability to send a video of a movement if you feel you need more instruction or are having any pain with any of the exercises

  • Workouts can designed to be additive to any existing training program or can be your primary training program. Think about it as your daily multi-vitamin and as you improve strength, movement and range of motion, movements become deeper and more durable each cycle through.  

Price: Range from $99-$150 a month


Running analysis: A comprehensive running analysis (treadmill) with video feedback. We will assess your movement patterns, range of motion, and strength prior to the run assessment. Running cues will be given based on running form, your movement patterns while not running, as well as any ROM and strength issues. Recommended footwear will be discussed as well. 

Price: $125

Movement assessment: Jonathan will meet you in person for a training session to go over movement patterns, ROM, and strength. Sessions will focus on proper form and evaluation or movement during these activities. 

Price: $60/ 75 min


My goal for each client is to help you alleviate pain and discomfort, keep your body functioning at an optimal level, as well as to help you to relax from your busy lifestyle. I take a whole body approach to your care. The techniques used in my practice are based on a knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and the therapeutic benefits of massage. My goal is to go beyond symptoms and find ways to improve function, avoid injury and decrease pain quickly, or to help you unwind from your busy lifestyle. Sessions are tailored to meet a client’s individual need and to facilitate progress toward a client’s health goals. My clients range from professional and Olympic athletes to fitness enthusiasts and recreationally active adults. I look forward to collaborating with new clients to establish goals for each session within a broader wellness plan.
