I work with both recreational and elite athletes looking for a competitive advantage in their next event, reduce their injury recovery times, and alleviate the wear and tear of consistent training. This approach varies; from individual sessions (spot treatments) to long-term healing programs that may span a season. Jonathan's history as a competitive athlete helps him to be able to relate to the often high demands of a training schedule. recover to continue training hard but helped me to recognize and work on patterns that were contributing my cycles of injury.

Together, we will also identify inefficient posture and positioning that may be causing your pain, which can stem from a past injury, repetitive work pattern, or a sports related issue. I will then educate you on how to modify movement patterns effectively so you can get back to doing the things you enjoy in life.

Every treatment includes assessment, focused body work, and recommendations for stretching, exercises, posture and lifestyle to facilitate progress toward a client’s health goals.

I take a whole body approach to your care. The techniques used in my practice are based on a knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and the therapeutic benefits of massage. My goal is to go beyond symptoms and find ways to improve function, avoid injury and decrease pain quickly. Sessions are tailored to meet a client’s individual needs. Every treatment includes assessment, focused body work, and recommendations for stretching, exercises, posture and lifestyle to facilitate progress toward a client’s health goals. My clients range from professional and Olympic athletes to fitness enthusiasts and recreationally active adults.I look forward to collaborating with new clients to establish goals for each session within a broader wellness plan.
