My name is Jonathan Garcia, a licensed massage therapist and owner of Align Sports Massage. I first became interested in bodywork after dealing with my own sports-related injuries that occurred during my 2009 cycling season. After trying other modalities, I turned to massage and trigger point therapy and quickly recovered. For me, this therapeutic process sparked a passion for bodywork and alternative modes of therapy to help people get out and stay out of pain. I graduated with honors from Bear Heart School of Massage Therapy in 2011, also receiving certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy and Structural Integration. I opened my own private practice in Fort Collins in 2011 and started working with BMC Racing Team & Rally Pro Cycling team as while my practice continued to grow. In 2014, I was offered an opportunity to work out of ProActive Physical Therapy in Fort Collins. Here I was able to work with a wide verity of clients dealing with chronic pain, recovery from surgery, as well as athletes with specific sport related issues. After moving back to my home town of Louisville in 2018, I opened Align Sports Massage in Lafayette. I am enjoying growing my practice in this awesome community!
