Getting started:
After your consultation, you will undergo our 15 min assessment which will be done either by video or FaceTime or at my office. I will be assessing your mobility, movement patterns, baseline strength, and we will talk about past injuries.
Cycling Specific, broken up into 3 phases, stability, strength, power. Your program will be in 16 week blocks
Cyclocross Specific, broken up into 8 week blocks. Great for winter months or June/July leading into your season.
Running Specific, broken up into 3 phases, stability, strength, power. Your program will be in 16 week blocks
Triathlon Specific, broken up into 3 phases, stability, strength, power.Your program will be in 16 week blocks
Functional Foundations, Functional full body movements, to build stability and strength for endurance sports and everyday life.
Dumbbell Specific, All of your programming will be with dumbbells and bodyweight movements.

I began my professional coaching career as an endurance and strength coach in 2010 working for Athletic Improvement Center in Fort Collins, CO. During my time with AIC, I had the opportunity to work alongside physical therapists, endurance, and strength coaches to further gain knowledge and help athletes achieve their best in their desired sport while staying strong and pain-free. I currently coach for Premier Training Systems, where I specialize in creating customized strength and endurance programs for cyclists, runners, and triathletes, to keep them healthy and achieve athletic goals.
Training Programs
For each custom program with three workouts a week combining bodyweight mobility and core movements. Workouts are designed to last around 15-20 minutes a day and attack movement from a perspective to improve hip, ankle, thoracic spine and shoulder mobility among many others. Workouts are designed to be additive to any existing training program. Once completed the program can be conducted all over again. Think about it as your daily multi-vitamin and as you improve movement and range of motion those movements become deeper and more durable each cycle through. You will have access to your program for 6 months

Foundations Full Body # 2
Mobility Volume # 2 is the second installment. Volume 2 is a six week program with 4 workouts a week combining bodyweight, band and core movements. Workouts are designed to last around 20-25 minutes a day and attack movement from a perspective to improve hip, ankle, thoracic spine and shoulder mobility among many others. Workouts are designed to be additive to any existing training program. Once completed the program can be conducted all over again. You will have access to your program for 6 months so you can revisit your program at any time

Body Weight Volume # 1
The body weight program is 6 weeks long with 3 training days each week. Workouts will focus on mobility and flexibility as well as improving strength, endurance while getting your heart rate up. Once completed the program can be conducted all over again. Think about it as your daily multi-vitamin and as you improve movement and range of motion those movements become deeper and more durable each cycle through. You will have access to your program for 6 months

Functional Runner: Volume # 1
The Functional Runner program’s focus is to help you correct any muscle imbalances, rehab old injuries and rehab against future ones. These exercises teach your body proprioception – you become aware of the positioning and limitations of your body when moving. Your program will include lots of balance work, uncomplicated core exercises, and single leg movements. Once completed the program can be conducted all over again. Think about it as your daily multi-vitamin and as you improve movement and range of motion those movements become deeper and more durable each cycle through. You will have access to your program for 6 months

Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy improves flexibility by creating an increased range of motion around each joint. If you can find the balance where the joints are stable throughout the entire range of motion, the body will be less susceptible to injury.
Fascial Stretch Therapy also has the following benefits:
